Reflecting on our work at Royal Lancaster London’s Nine Kings Suite, we focused on sustainable lighting and installation.
We recently returned to Royal Lancaster London for a service visit. Aside from a few small tweaks, we were very pleased with how well the installation has lasted over the past two and a half years. The main goal from the start was to create a long-lasting, future-ready lighting system by switching to LED.
To restore the Nine Kings Suite, we partnered with LAPD lighting design, an award-winning and versatile studio. Together, we decluttered the ceiling, aligned the light fittings, switched to a full LED lighting scheme, made the system future-proof, and ensured the lighting levels were just right.
We used a mix of custom designs and high-quality lighting products, including:
For lighting control, we chose the Pharos LPC4 and TPS5, along with the Luminex LumiNode 4-DIN. The client is now subscribed to Pharos Cloud.
This visit showed us how well these products and the installation have lasted. It also helped us build an even stronger partnership with LAPD lighting design.
